Service Description

Learn basic and advanced kickboxing techniques through pad-work and bag-work, as well as how to apply these in drills with a partner. Sparring rounds are also offered to students who have full protective kit and who would like to participate. Any form of contact is entirely optional.

Bookings can be cancelled and rescheduled up to an hour before the class start time. We do not refund cancelled bookings, or bookings you have failed to attend as standard.
