Welcome to the only dedicated children's Kickboxing academy

Our classes are designed and delivered exclusively for Tots, Juniors and Teens! We specialise in providing fun and friendly kickboxing classes for children aged 2.5 years up to 15 years within a modern, purpose built  gym environment located in Northam, Southampton. 

 

Learning a martial art is a great way for your child to build self-confidence and resilience whilst developing balance, physical coordination, and control. As well as Kickboxing, we also offer a Muay Thai class for students aged 8-15 years every Wednesday.

Through learning the techniques and showing positive behaviours, your child also has the opportunity to earn their Junior Kickboxing Belts with us - all the way up to the prestigious Black Belt award. Explore our site for more details.
